Our recruiters speak clear “American English”. As consumers, many Americans have experienced bad service from offshore call center representatives which related to poor English language skills. Some call centers grew out of organizations which originally provided services where language was not essential (i.e. software development), resulting in less than acceptable service.
The country where the services are rendered really does make a difference. Our recruiting call center is located in The Philippines. Since the Philippines was a protectorate of the United States for 50 years, English language skills are excellent. Plus, Filipinos have a cultural affinity for the United States, resulting in their strong ability to be conversational with Americans.
